Is anything added on top later?
No. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. It covers the government fees, our handling, document preparation and filing. The only extras are the optional services listed above, and you would have to ask for those.
What am I paying for?
Getting the visa issued, without you having to learn the system. We work out which visa you actually qualify for, prepare and check every document, file it with immigration, pay the fees, follow it through the queue, and fix it if immigration comes back with a question. You deal with one person on WhatsApp the whole time.
What happens if my application is rejected?
We look at the reason, correct the file and submit it again at no extra charge from us. Fees already paid to immigration cannot be refunded, by us or by anyone else.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. We invoice in rupiah and accept bank transfer, Wise, and card. The dollar figures on this page are a guide only, since the exchange rate moves daily.
Is the price per person?
Yes, every price is for one applicant. Families and groups applying together pay less per person, so send us the number of people and we will quote it properly.
